Privacy policy

This policy covers EveryApp, the workspace at manage.imtiajbinaoual.com and the apps it hosts, including OpenSEO at openseo.manage.imtiajbinaoual.com. It is operated by Imtiaj Bin Aoual ("we"). Contact: imtiajbinaoual@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in information, so you can use the workspace.
• Google data, only if you connect a Google account: read-only access to Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly) and Google Analytics (analytics.readonly), plus your Google email address to identify the connection.
• Usage logs: basic request logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use Google user data

We use Search Console and Analytics data only to show you your own sites' search and traffic reports inside OpenSEO. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide this feature, to comply with law, or with your consent.

EveryApp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. No person reads your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

Storage and security

Data is stored in our own Cloudflare account. Google access tokens are stored encrypted, are only used by the workspace gateway to make the read-only calls described above, and are never given to individual apps.

Keeping and deleting data

You can disconnect your Google account at any time under Connected accounts in the workspace, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens at once. To delete your account and data, email imtiajbinaoual@gmail.com.
